Ordering & Delivery
How to Order
To buy an item you must first add it to your shopping basket, to do this simply click on the "Add to Basket" button alongside the item you wish to buy. If you require the item to be personalised you should fill in the appropriate boxes before clicking on the button; if you forget to do this please remove the item from the basket and re-add it.
Your shopping basket is displayed each time you add an item or can be displayed at any time by clicking on the "Basket" button (the monkey!) at the top of each page or the text link at the foot of the page.
To remove an item from your basket click on the "Delete" button alongside the item; to empty your basket complete simply click on the "Empty" button alongside the Basket Total.
Once you have added all of the items you wish to purchase to your basket you should proceed to our secure checkout by clicking on the "Secure Checkout" button within your basket, by clicking on the "Checkout" button (the pig!) at the top of each page or the text link at the foot of each page.
From this point on simply follow the on-screen instructions.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current applicable UK rate where appropriate.
We will not accept any liability for any charges levied by your bank/card issuer whatsoever irrespective of your chosen payment method.
Please note any percentage discounts only apply to pictures and clocks; they do not apply to frames or delivery charges.
Delivery within the UK is £3.99 per delivery address and orders are sent 2nd Class. You can add 1st Class delivery for £4.99 per delivery address (please note this only decreases the delivery time, the time taken to personalise your item is unaffected).
We are also able to deliver to countries within Europe for £8.50 per item and to the Rest of the World for £16.00 per item. Please note the definitions of "Europe" and "Rest of the World" are as defined by the UK Post Office.
You can order items to be delivered to more than one address within a single order; simply follow the instructions within the secure checkout.
We aim to ship all orders within 14 working days of receiving your payment (cleared funds); if we cannot, we will attempt to contact you and give you the option to cancel your order. Please contact us for a quote if you require an item urgently.
Returns & Complaints
If you change your mind please contact us for a quote within 3 days of placing your order.
We hope that you will be happy with your purchases, however you may return items in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will either exchange them or refund you. For your own protection, you should ensure the items are adequately insured while in transit.
Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or if we have made a mistake.
